In Project View, your projects are displayed on the left and the tasks for the currently selected project are displayed on the right. You can drag projects up and down to reorder them, drag tasks up and down to reorder them, and you can even drag tasks into different projects.
If you're into GTD, you'll use this view a lot when you're doing weekly (or daily) reviews.
